Shipping policy

At Grapefruit, we process all orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping is FREE on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery within the United States is 3–8 business days after your order ships, depending on your location and the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly, then reach out to us so we can help.
